Shipping: Orders placed Monday thru Friday before 9am EST are usually shipped the same day (provided the item is in stock). Orders placed after 9am EST or on a holiday, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the next business day by 10am EST. Out of stock items or back ordered items are shipped immediately upon receipt.
You will be given shipping options for either UPS or USPS on checkout. In the event one or the other is not available for a specific product, we reserve the right to change shipping method at no additional cost to you.
Overnight or Express Options: Before selecting overnight or express shipping options, please CALL us to check if the item is in stock. You can check availability by calling our Toll Free number 866-468-2237 or by using our Live Help system.
PO BOXES: Only USPS Shipping options should be selected if you are shipping to a PO BOX. In the event a package is too large for your PO BOX, the postmaster will likely leave a parcel notice in your box.
Canadian Orders: We recommend Canadian customers select USPS methods for shipping as a brokerage fee may apply if shipped UPS. This fee is charged by UPS at time of delivery and can be up to or equal to the cost of the shipping. If you have questions regarding shipping to Canada, please call us BEFORE placing your order, as we will NOT pay any fees incurred on the receiving end of shipment (brokerage fees your Country charges).
No Minimum Order Poilcy: At AncloteFire.com we DO NOT require a minimum order for purchase, which is against most credit card merchant policy including Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Contact your issuing bank for more information regarding policies against minimum order requirements. Generally, you should reconsider a purchase from a retailer that requires a minimum purchase amount.
Custom Orders: Orders involving custom sizing, colors, personalization or imprinting, alterations etc. are non-refundable. This includes turnout gear in sizes or colors not stocked or in current inventory by AncloteFire.com
Size Discrepancies: If you receive an item for which you ordered a specific size and find that it does not fit, we will exchange the item for the desired size. Simply return the item and we will send out the desired replacement. Additional shipping charges WILL apply. If you return the item for refund, you will be responsible for a 25% restocking fee.
Exchange Policy: In the event you receive an incorrect item which is an error on our part, you may exchange the item at no additional charge. Call 855-277-3473 for a return authorization and free shipping arrangements.
Refunds/Returns: We are happy to refund any purchase within 10 days. However, there may be a restocking fee of 25% on certain items. To return an item, please call 855-277-3473 for a return authorization number and instructions. You will be responsible for any shipping costs related to your returned item(s). Refunds will be issued in the same manner as item was originally purchased. For example, if you purchased via credit card, the refund, less any restocking or shipping fees, will be credited to that credit card originally used.
Defects: Defective merchandise will be subject to the manufacturer’s warranty. AFS implies no additional warranty.
Returned Checks: We are happy to accept your personal check for purchases, however any check returned will be subject to a $40 returned check fee.
